[摘要]
本研究站在將女性知識體系視為是一個獨立知識系統的立場出發,從月經這個女性特殊的
經驗作為探討女性知識具體內涵的實例,探索女性如何生產出以女性經驗為主體的知識,
這樣的知識以何種形式呈現,其具體的內容與輪廓又是什麼?並且希望能夠進一步的回應
到女性主義知識論對於傳統知識系統的提問,檢視男性中心的實證科學知識與女性主體知
識之間的關係。研究以深度訪談方法進營,研究者訪談了二十位年輕、受過高等教育的女
性,根據訪談資料進行分析。 女性月經知識的建構乃是一持續進行的動態過程。初經
前後的女性對月經的認識主要依賴外界的各種資訊,是一種外在於自身的認識,以客體性
的眼光認識月經。同時,初經前後的女性經常感受到月經不宜公開談論的氛圍,因此她們
探求月經知識的動力與機會都受到侷限。來經以後,當女性開始關注自我身體經驗,此關
注使其發展出獨特的女性月經知識。並且由於個人經驗的累積、成長以及社會環境的改變
,女性彼此之間透過口耳相傳的方式交換月經的經驗與知識。而透過對月經的瞭解女性也
強化了對自我身體的掌控與自主。女性尤其主體的旨趣出發,女性自身的經驗成為女性認
識月經主要的方式和內容,累積女性自身的月經知識。女性月經知識具有多元、開放、流
動的特性,是能夠滿足女性實際需求,理解與詮釋其日常生活經驗的知識。

The researcher takes women’s knowledge as a special knowledge system. In
these essay, one takes women’s menstrual experience as studying subject,
attempts to outline the figure and content of women’s knowledge. Researcher
also tries to answer the feminism epistemological inquiry to traditional
knowledge system, the relations between andro-center scientific knowledge
system and women’s stand-point knowledge. A researcher used in-depth
interview method, selected 20 young and highly educated women, all records
transcribed.
The construction of women’s menstrual knowledge is a dynamic process. Women
about menarche knows menstruation depends on others and information resources,
that is a objective knowing. They also were affected by the communication
taboo of menstruation, this taboo restricted their motive and chance to know
menstruation. After menarche, there is some change. When women concern their
own body experience, they begin to develop their own menstrual knowledge. And
because of the social change and enriching their own experiences, women
started to share their experience and menstrual knowledge. Women’s experience
become the way to know and context of women’s menstrual knowledge. Women’s
menstrual knowledge developing by women’s interest, it can satisfies women’s
need, understand women’s daily life. Women’s menstrual knowledge is
multiple, open and dynamic.
