本研究以框架理論為基礎,探討民眾如何透過房地產財商教育課程,建構出對購屋的認知與框架。透過訪談11位個案房地產材商教育課程平台的學員,本研究發現學員大多都是透過周遭親友認識並參與課程透過互動式的課程設計及學員與講師、前輩、與同儕間的正式或非正式網絡,型塑/重塑了參與者的對本身條件與購屋風險的認知框架進而引發購屋的動機與行為。

By (re)framing participants’ cognitive framework, this study shows how a real estate investing program influences their house purchasing motive and outcome. It is through the formal and informal social networks which the program intentionally and unintentionally built, the participants “learned” a different perspective on saving versus investing, financial leverage, and risk calculation that encourages them to invest in real estate.
