The purpose of this study is to explore the leadership styles and organizational identification within a Military Unit in Taiwan.A questionnaire survey method was used, a total of 350 questionnaires were sent out, and 237 were recovered as valid. The empirical results were as followed:First, supervisors' individualized consideration has a significant positive effect on the degree of organizational identification.Second, supervisors' contingent reward has a significant positive effect on the degree of organizational identification.
