台灣被稱為技術之島。得益於OEM策略和精良的研發技術,台灣的高科技品牌正在全球推廣。但從2008年的金融風暴來看,這些高科技人才的高薪已經消失,取而代之的是公司找不到高科技人才,原因是金融風暴期間沒有警告無薪假,導致這些人被解僱。金融風暴過後,臺灣科技產業復甦,但現在的立場卻是相反的,反而是公司陷入了徵才不易的困境,這不只會影響到臺灣的經濟發展,更凸顯出臺灣的科技產業將面臨產業空洞化的局面。為了防止科技人才不斷的流失,藉由本文的深入的研究,發掘臺灣科技人才流失的原因,進而提出有效的建議。

Taiwan is known as the island of technology. Thanks to OEM strategy and sophisticated R&D technology, Taiwan's high-tech brands are being promoted globally. However, from the financial turmoil of 2008, the high salaries of these high-tech talents have disappeared. Instead, the company can't find high-tech talents because there was no warning of unpaid leave during the financial turmoil, which led to the dismissal of these people. After the financial turmoil, Taiwan’s technology industry has recovered, but its current position is the opposite. Instead, the company is caught in a difficult situation of levying talents. This will not only affect Taiwan’s economic development, but also highlight Taiwan’s technology industry will face industrial hollows. In this situation, through the in-depth study of this article, explore the reasons for the loss of scientific and technological talents in Taiwan, and then propose effective.
