The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect the division of labor between husband and wife in the family of Chinese military personnel. The "family" is the most important part of everyone's life. Although there are many literatures on the division of household chores, we can see that the division of household chores actually affects families It is of great importance for the military personnel to have an impact on the harmonious relations. Only a small number of articles have investigated the domestic division of labor among military families, and all the literature on the division of household chores in military families in Taiwan is only based on the special nature of the work. Limited to a few interviewees' qualitative interview and analysis, the relevant research on housework division is limited. This article uses questionnaires to quantify the way to discuss the military household family division of labor trends, the use of statistical analysis to examine the factors that affect military family division of labor. Taking respondents 'gender, age, educational level, gender attitude, work status of spouse, number of children, arrangement of living quarters and residential living arrangements as independent variables, the respondents' household division of labor was dependent on variables and regression analysis The effect of the variable on the dependent variable. The result of the study found that when military and civilian families were both military officers and their families, the division of housework was more traditional than that of families with other jobs, that is, women had more housework. When the main place of residence for the military couples, but also to maintain a more traditional housework division. The more children in the family, the more women have to do more housework. In addition, in the young interviewed families, the distribution of household duties is more equal. Therefore, the military family and husband and wife showed different household division of labor features.
