影響國中生教育期望年數的因素:以台南市和新北市為例

本研究目的在探討台南市和新北市國中生的基本背景、社會資本、教學風格、社會網絡、及其他方面之差異,進而研究不同狀況是否會影響學生個人的教育期望年數。

研究資料採用自製問卷,各以台南市和新北市某公立國中學生為對象,共取得有效樣本792份。將問卷以描述性統計、T檢定、相關分析及多元迴歸分析等方法進行統計處理。
本研究結果如下:
一、台南市學生的教育期望年數高於新北市
二、影響台南市學生教育期望年數的因素為家庭總收入、父親教育程度、教育投資、成就抱負和學業成就。
三、影響新北市學生教育期望年數的因素為年級、母親教育程度、成就抱負和學業成就。

The goal of this study is to investigate the difference between students in Tainan city and New Taipei city on personal information, social capital, teaching style, social network and other factors, and to study if these factors influence students’ expection of educational years.
Adapted self- made questionnaire and collected data from junior high schools in Tainan city and New Taipei City, 792 effective samples were used in this study. The acquired data are then processed by descriptive analysis, t-test, Pearson’s product- moment correlation, and multiple regression.
The results of the study are as follows:
1. The expectation of educational years in Tainan is longer than that is New Taipei city.
2. The factors that influence the expectation of educational years of students in Tainan are family income, father’s education level, educational investment, achievement aspiration and academic achievement.
3. The factors that influence the expectation of educational years of students in New Taipei city are grade, mother’s education level ,achievement aspiration and academic achievement.
