本研究使用「台灣社會變遷基本調查計畫2011第六期第二次：家庭組」資料，觀察女性晚婚和婚姻滿意度之間的關係。研究結果顯示晚婚與婚姻滿意 度沒有顯著影響；個人主觀階層位置、配偶過去一年衝突頻率、家務分配公平程度則和婚姻滿意度有顯著的關係。個人主觀階層位置越高、家務分配越公平
對婚姻滿意度有正向影響；與配偶衝突頻率越高則對婚姻滿意度有負向影響。顯示婚姻生活夫妻間的互動才是影響女性婚姻滿意度的主要關鍵。
Using data from "Taiwan Social Change Survey (2011) : family group", this study explores the relationship between women marry late and their marital satisfaction. The results showed that marry late has not significant impact on women marital satisfaction. Instead, higher subjective status evaluation, fairer household chores allocation have positive effect on marital satisfaction, and the higher the frequency of family conflict has a negative effect on marital satisfaction. Overall, this study suggests that spouse interaction patterns are the key factors on women marital satisfaction.
