This study is mainly to research the causes of teenagers'' deviation behavior. We hope to understand how parental supervision, emotional attachment to parents, deviant peers and school deviation environment influence teenagers' deviation behavior, including cutting classes, stealing, smoking and drinking. The research data are from Profess Wu Chi-In's “The Causes of Teenagers' Drug Abuse: A Social Study Model”. Besides, the passing through research approach is adopted to investigate how the family of a eighth grade student, his peers and school factors affect the formation of his deviation behavior in the next year. In this research, we use the statistics and analysis methods, including statistics, cross analysis, Chi-Square, Pearson's product-moment correlation and logistic regression, expecting to understand the causes of teenagers' deviation behavior.

The result of the study shows that as a whole, it is predictable that attachment to parents will lower the possibility of teenagers' deviation behavior; however, deviant peers intensify the possibility of deviation behavior. When it comes to cutting classes, stealing and drinking, it is the same as what mentioned above. About smoking, parental supervision, attachment to parents and deviant peers are of obvious predictable results. As a whole, teenagers' deviation behavior is deeply influenced by peers. As for the factors of family, the influence of attachment to parents is stronger than that of parental supervision. In addition, school deviation environment is not significantly related with all kinds of teenagers' deviation behavior.
