  • 本研究以國家衛生研究院2005年國民健康訪問暨藥物濫用調查(National Health Interview Survey,簡稱NHIS)為研究樣本,探討影響健康食品消費的因素。

    研究結果顯示:(1)教育、職業聲望、收入的高低影響健康食品的消費。(2) 高年齡層群體的消費趨勢至為明顯,這不僅取決於收入水準的因素,也連帶受到生命階段(Life Stages)的影響


  • Based on data from the National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) Original Database provided by the Bureau of Health Promotion, Department of Health, Executive Yuan, National Health Research Institutes and Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health, Executive Yuan, this research attempts to explore the factors that influence Functional Foods consumption.

    The findings of the study are: (1) Education, occupation, and income level influence personal functional foods consumption; (2) There is a obvious trend that consuming functional foods will increase when individual’s age increases. In other words, this trend not only depends on income level but also influenced by personal life stage
