本研究使用台北大學社會系2011三鶯地區社會調查分析報告,探討三鶯地區在都市郊區化的脈絡之下移居者以及居民的地方認同,試圖釐清是什麼樣的因素影響了居民地方認同感?而移居者又是在什麼樣的機制下建立起地方的認同、找到自己歸屬感?
在過往的討論裡有兩個主要的解釋方向,一為系統模型所支持的居住時間長度和居住穩定性,另一則是只強調認識密度、親友網絡等在地互動關係的觀點,雖然系統模型裡亦指出社會聯繫網絡會影響到居住時間的長度和穩定性,但在其後的研究之中,對於這兩個重要因素的討論孰優孰劣的討論依然沒有停止。這樣的基礎下,本研究亦將居住時間長度、居住穩定性和親友的社會聯繫網絡置於研究架構之中,並加入社區/鄰里認同之變項,希望能做更進一步的區分及探討。
研究有三個主要的發現,首先,不同於系統模型的觀點,社會聯繫網絡對於地方認同的作用大於居住的時間與穩定性。其次,除了居住時間和社會聯繫網絡之外,社區/鄰里的認同亦有助於地方認同,且具有地區上的差異,以北大特區最高,三峽最低。最後,本研究發現三峽、鶯歌及北大特區在地方認同上同樣亦有區域性的差異,並且呈現出與社區/鄰里認同相異的面貌,以三峽最高的地方認同、北大特區次之,鶯歌最低。

This study use NTPU Dpartment of Sociology’s 2011 Sanshia & Yingge social survey report to explore the place identity of immigrants and residents of Sanshia & Yingge region under the context of Suburbanization. Try to figure out what factors influence the residents place indentity, and what’s mechanism to help the immigrants to build their place identity, to find their sense of belonging.
In past discussions, there had two main explanations. One is emphasize the length of residence and stability supported by systematic model. The other is just believe that the well social connected networks will improve place identity. Although the systematic model also pointed out the social connected networks may influence the length of residence and stability, the arguments about which perspective is better still go on. Under such circumstance, this study will also discuss the length of residence, the stability and the social connected networks in the framework. Besides, we put a new variable of the identity of community/neighborhood, hope to have further exploration and understandings .
Results show that (1)Differ from the perspective of systematic model, the Influence of social connected networks to the place identity is more than the length of residence and stability. (2) The identity of community/neighborhood is key factors to place identity. Moreover, the special zone of NTPU’s community/neighborhood identity is highest, and Sanshia is lowest. (3)We find that there also had regional differences between Sanshia , Yingge and NTPU special zone. Sanshia is the highest, and the second one is NTPU special zone, Yingge is the lowest.
