  • 在眾多社會運動的研究當中,不乏學者關心社會環境中團體彼此的關係。根據何明

    修(2003)與湯京平(2003)的研究指出社會階級的差異,可能導致團體關係可能冷漠或者針鋒相對。但是樂生院運動中的青盟與台權會團體關係發展卻呈現協力、協調、合作三個階段。因此,筆者試圖以樂生院運動中青盟與台權會關係演變的經驗,探討外在政治環境對社運團體關係的影響。本研究結果有四:首先,政治機會需要納入社運團體的詮釋與判別才能說明其對團體關係的影響;其次,政治機會可以透過政治結盟對象影響團體關係;復次,社運團體關係並非單一靜態形式,而是個動態變化的過程。最後,當政治機會越多、政治結盟對象影響力較大的時候,青盟與台權會越為強調組織策略與目標上的差異,而難以形成結盟關係。

  • This thesis aims to investigate the change of inter-organizational relationship between two organizations of Lo-sheng sanatorium’s movement. There are three stages of relationship between the group Happy Lo-sheng and Taiwan Association for Human Rights (TAHR), which are part of Lo-sheng sanatorium’s movement: collaboration, coordination, cooperation. The study uses the political opportunities’ perspective to analyze the evolution of the relationship. The results of this study are: 1. the social movement organizations’ interpretation of the political opportunities is crucial to explain the influence of the politics on the inter-organizational relation. 2. The presence of the political allies is important to the change of the inter-organizational relation. 3. The inter-organization relation is not static, but a dynamic process of change. 4. When political opportunities arise, and the more political alliance are present, the group Happy Lo-sheng and TAHR emphasize more on their differences, and it is more difficult to build a alliance between the both organizations.
