  • [摘要]

    本研究立基於自身所處代課教師的結構中,通過代課教師「準局外人」的角色,對於推動性別平等教育所面對的困境進行研究。以激進女性主義與多元文化女性主義的觀點,藉由質性的深度訪談法進行十八個訪談對象。研究發現受訪代課教師普遍認為國內的性別平等是不足夠的,但逐漸在進步中。主要困境:一、思想:主流思想仍不積極、主動的探討性別平等議題。二、社會期待:社會性別刻板印象仍深。性別角色的傳統期待仍相當程度的影響性別,特別是女性的行為表現。三、結構、主體:女性仍然是從屬的角色,但有改觀。四、日常生活:生活中還是有物化女性。學校體系中的性別平等狀況仍然不佳,但有進步。主要困境在於整體社會制度與文化價值仍然不利女性、學校受到既有社會框架與實際資源的影響以及教師受限既有結構限制下自我期待與家務照顧等因素,使得學校性別平等教育推動形式化。在師生互動的部份則呈現出既有性別角色仍然與傳統性別期待相似,但也有轉變,不同的性別行為越界,趨向中性化。教師在對待不同性別的學生也呈現出性別考量有無的性別平權意識。本研究認為性別平等教育受到傳統社會文化結構、學校與教師個人因素影響,因此通過性別平等教育課程在師資培育與教師在職課程的實施可以改變既有的性別刻板意識以重建女性主義觀點審視下的性別價值,朝向多元文化價值的性別平等教育。

    This study is based on researcher himself of being in the structure of substitute teacher. Through the role of substitute teachers, quasi-outsiders, study the predicament of promoting gender equality education. From the point of radical women doctrine and mosaic cultural women doctrine, with 18 in-depth interviews are used in this research.

    Study shows substitute teachers generally think gender equality education in the domestic isn’t enough, but in progressing gradually.

    The main predicament of promoting gender equality education formalization is because of the following factors. The whole social system and culture value, which are still unfavorable to women. School is influenced by social frame and limited recourses. Teachers are trapped in the structure of self expectation and house work etc.

    The interaction between teachers and students still meet the traditional gender expectation. However, it is changing, different sex behaviors cross the border, tend to be neutrally. Teachers are also inclined to treat different gender of students with somewhat sexual equity consciousness.

    In conclusion, gender equity education is influenced by traditional social culture structure, school , and teacher’s personal factor. Therefore, toward the cultivation with teacher in school and on-the-job implementation of course can change the gender stereotype that already exited. Moreover, rebuilt feminist’s point of view toward gender value, and make it to be mosaic culture value of gender equity education.
